Hockey Fans Put Global Warming on Ice

Canadians don't let the onset of global warming deter them from hitting the puck.
Hardened hockey enthusiasts have shrugged off the stifling heat caused by global warming and taken their game underwater.

A foreshortening of the outdoor hockey season dwindling outdoor hockey season caused by fewer months with ice have forced hockey player to sink to a new low several metres under water.

Six players on each team battle it out to see who can pass the puck best on the bottom of the pool and most importantly who can hold their breath the longest.

Things are going already gong swimmingly for this most unique of sports with dozens of club teams worldwide and a championship tournament scheduled next year for Sheffield, England.
